Oswaldo "Max" Rosa, Jr. 

Max Rosa has eight years of current in-depth experience in automotive sales with Lexus (Hendrick Automotive Group) in Pleasanton, California, and with Magnussen Lexus in Fremont, California.

Prior to his automotive sales experience, Max spent ten years in the hospitality industry in a wide range of hotel managerial positions in sales, operations, branding, and client relations. One of his important functions was the development of sales strategies across multiple markets.

Max served as Assistant General Manager and in other key positions with The Yale Club of New York City, Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons Wailea (Maui), Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, and the Prescott Hotel (Kimpton Group) in Beverly Hills.

Max speaks Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French. He is also well versed with both American and European business practices, culture and life style.

Carole Pizano

Carole Pizano is a Business Development Specialist and Sales Manager for Aeronet Worldwide, a company that provides Critical Transportation and builds “End to End” Logistic Solutions for many Fortune 500 Companies.   

Carole has been with Aeronet since 1997, during which time she learned the industry while working in Operations, before stepping into a role in sales in 1999. Since then she has achieved awards for:

• Top Sales Producer Domestically (8 years).
• Presidential Award for increasing revenues 505% in her territory, achieving top margins and record profits.

Prior to working for Aeronet, Carole was Sales Manager for Computer Products Boschert, providing custom power supply products to the computer industry. She handled Key Accounts, and was the Client Liaison for Engineering.

Carole credits passion, commitment and integrity for her on-going success in an ever-changing industry. Her ability to evaluate clients’ current supply chain, and provide critical solutions to guarantee 99.9% On Time Performance (reducing their total transportation spend), has helped her create and deploy Aeronet’s first Domestic Depots Network, now a separate entity under the Aeronet name.

Carole is a member of Woman in Business, NCSDC - National Minority Supplier Development, and NBE - Minority Business Enterprise. Through these organizations she has gained additional opportunities for Aeronet to participate in larger Government contracts and expand their global presence. She has received certification by the TSA as an Indirect Air Carrier, and completed CTPAT’s global security and terrorism training.

In her spare time Carol enjoys the outdoors, and visiting her college student sons Anthony and Richard. She also enjoys spending time with third son, Nick, who is a freshman in high school.

Daneanne Mc Hale

Daneanne Mc Hale is a native Californian.  Living in the San Francisco Bay Area for 30 years Daneanne has spent the majority of her professional life working as a Quality Assurance professional in the Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry.  She has worked for major corporations, such as, Dow Chemical, Monsanto, Scios and Novartis.  Daneanne is a silent partner in "Green Only Automotive Group".
